I am so, so sorry that you caught my {cold/virus/infection/etc.} I had no idea that I was contagious. I hope you know that I would have never intentionally exposed you to this.
I know from recent personal experience how uncomfortable this illness can be. I pray that it isn't hitting you too hard.
Is there anything that I can do for you? I'm not getting out and about yet, but I'd be happy to order you some food to be delivered.
I found that when my case was at its worse, it really helped to {drink lots of fluids/use an ice pack/take medication}.
