I know, because you mentioned it several times during the mortgage refinancing process, that it is very important to you that I rate your service with "five stars" in the customer survey.
I'm sorry, but I cannot in good conscience give you a five-star rating. While your knowledge about the loan process was competent, and you replied quickly to phone calls and emails, your personal communication style left me disappointed.
Perhaps you don't realize that you often interrupted me on the phone, took a self-congratulatory tone regarding loan terms for the credit that was not yours, and that you tend to come across as condescending when questioned about timelines and changing interest rates.
I plan to rate your service at four stars, and if the survey allows, I will add a note explaining why.
